Premarital Counseling Package

In the first session, we will take the Prepare assessment online and answer over 125 questions in several categories, including communication, conflict resolution, finances, sex, family and friends, personality, and habits. Our assessment allows you to see which areas are your strengths and which areas are your growth areas.

In the second session, we will learn about Gary Chapman's "Five love languages" and take a Myers-Briggs personality assessment. There is also a focus on assertiveness and expressing wants and needs in a healthy way during this session.

The third session focuses on skill building with non- violent communication and conflict resolution with compassionate listening. Good communication will be the foundation of your marriage.
